So, Nintendo’s colourful new console released last week and people have finally had time to get their hands on the new system, but what are their impressions?<\/p>\n
Well, it’s still early to tell (there\u00a0aren’t\u00a0too many games out just yet), but with the likes of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, 1-2 Switch, and a few other exciting games on the device, it’s fair to say that journos now have an idea of what the Switch can deliver.<\/p>\n
IGN<\/a> says that the console is “nicely built and cleverly designed to be used in a variety of ways, but ultimately, the Switch doesn\u2019t do any one of the many things it can do without some sort of significant compromise.” On the other hand, Eurogamer<\/a> says “the Switch is portable gaming redesigned, with no boundaries and next to no compromise”, which is a bit of a contradiction to IGN’s thoughts.<\/p>\n So, where does that leave us?
