Today MWEB has announced its plans to improve the online experience for players connecting to international servers, such as World of Warcraft. As part of its online service, MWEB is now offering 500, 6-month WTFast subscriptions. WTFast is essentially a subscription based proxy service which provides players with the best route to the servers they are playing on. This means that when connecting to a World of Warcraft server, instead of your traffic being routed alongside regular traffic, your connection will run via the WTFast connection path, and theoretically ensure the lowest latency possible. <\/p>\n

The WTFast software allows your data to be on a fast freeway with no speed limits right to the game servers,” explained MWEB’s Nathier Kasu.<\/p>\n “WTFast will essentially reduce latency, reduce disconnections, reduce lag spikes and improve the overall gaming performance in multiplayer gaming situations,” reads the MWEB press release. <\/p>\n WTFast is a subscription based service, but MWEB is footing the bill for the first six months for the first 500 MWEB users who subscribe.
