Universum Global has released the results of its latest employer attractiveness survey, which focussed on tertiary students and young professionals.<\/p>\n

The\u00a02017 study was the\u00a0largest to date, comprising of responses from 46,891 students and 22,321 professionals from across South Africa.<\/p>\n

Both groups were surveyed across specific sectors, including \u201cEngineering and Technology\u201d.<\/p>\n

According to the study, students showed an increased interest in pursuing an international career. The results also show a high mobility intention amongst experienced hires.<\/p>\n

\u201c48% of the experienced hires who responded to our survey indicated that they intend to change employers within a year,\u201d said Universum.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey are still looking for employers that would offer them professional training and development with leadership that will support their development.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 10 most-attractive Technology and Engineering companies among South African students and young professionals are detailed in the tables below.<\/p>\n
