The 25th annual ICON<\/strong><\/a> comics, gaming, and pop culture convention was held at Gallagher Estate in Midrand this past weekend.<\/p>\n

The convention featured, video games, live action role play, and cosplay \u2013 the main event.<\/p>\n

The cosplay competition saw\u00a0finalists perform skits and show off their meticulously-crafted costumes \u2013 while the judges highlighted their favourite aspects of each contestant.<\/p>\n

The categories of the competition were Skits, Novice and Intermediate, and Master.<\/p>\n

The Master category featured a special guest judge from the United States \u2013 Linda Le, known as Vampy Bit Me<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
