VS Gaming has partnered with Orlando Pirates to offer top-placing players in its upcoming football eSports tournament a contract with Orlando Pirates eSports.<\/p>\n
The top ten players from the VS Gaming R1.5-million championship will be offered a one-year contract to join the eSports division of Orlando Pirates.<\/p>\n
VS Gaming will provide Orlando Pirates eSports players with access to training at the VS Gaming venue in Midrand in addition to providing players with hardware.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe believe eSports\u2019 popularity will soon rival rugby, cricket and soccer,\u201d said Orlando Pirates brand activation manager Tokoloho Moeketsi.<\/p>\n
The VS Gaming football eSports tournament will see over 1,000 gamers competing for a prize pool of R1.5 million and will take place at the Gallagher Convention Centre in Midrand on 22-23 July 2017.<\/p>\n
