Those of you with impeccably good taste might remember that, two or three years back, Gearbox announced they were working on a co-op FPS called Aliens: Colonial Marines, which looked amazing. Then the whole Borderlands and Duke Nukem things happened, and the game sort of tripped and fell off the edge of the universe or something.<\/p>\n
Turns out the game is still in development, and is scheduled to appear at E3 in June. Late last night, a number of high profile gaming sites started reporting the recent acquisition of a shabby doll’s head. Just a shabby doll’s head, right?<\/p>\n
Wrong. Once again, those of you with impeccably good taste will remember that Rebecca “Newt” Jorden – or, the “They most come at night. Mostly.” girl from Aliens – lugged a shabby doll’s head around for most of the movie. Mostly.<\/p>\n
And can you guess who the packages with the shabby doll’s head allegedly came from? Oh, somebody named Rebecca Jorden. Which does seem a bit spooky, since she was killed (SPOILERS). But whatever.<\/p>\n
