ASUS has revealed its new lineup of\u00a0ROG Strix<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0ZenBook<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0laptops.<\/p>\n

The ZenBook Flip 14 and ASUS ROG Strix SCAR were announced at IFA 2017, with both offering impressive specifications for their respective markets.<\/p>\n

The specifications and details of the new ASUS devices are below.<\/p>\n

ASUS ZenBook Flip 14<\/h3>\n

The ZenBook Flip 14, which is the \u201cworld\u2019s thinnest 2-in-1 laptop with discrete graphics\u201d, boasts a 14-inch FHD display driven by an Nvidia GeForce GT 1030<\/p>\n

The graphics card will support light gaming and be more than capable of tackling video-related tasks.<\/p>\n

Additional specifications also point towards powerful performance, including an Intel Core i7 8th-gen processor, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD.<\/p>\n

There is currently no information regarding pricing and availability of the ZenBook Flip 14.<\/p>\n

ASUS ROG Strix SCAR Edition<\/h3>\n

The ROG Strix SCAR is a thin, powerful gaming laptop which boasts an Nvidia GeForce GXT 10-series graphics card, Intel Core i7 processor, and is available in either 15-inch or 17-inch models.<\/p>\n

The device caters for first-person shooters, and features a screen with a response time of 5ms and refresh rate of up to 144Hz.<\/p>\n

Other features include a desktop-style keyboard layout and N-key rollover to enhance keyboard precision.<\/p>\n

The SCAR is slimmer than previous ASUS gaming laptops, and is also available in a Hero Edition. The Hero Edition substitutes the high-refresh-rate display for a unit with a wider colour gamut.<\/p>\n

There is currently no information regarding pricing and availability of the ROG Strix SCAR.<\/p>\n
