Everything tastes (and plays) better when its free, and that once again looks to be the case with the PlayStation Plus lineup of complimentary games for September.<\/p>\n
The real flagship of the incoming games is\u00a0InFamous: Second Son<\/strong>, which is Insomniac Games’ brilliant third entry into the superhero (or supervillain, if you’re that way inclined) franchise.<\/p>\n InFamous: Second Son\u00a0transports the action to an alternate reality Seattle where super human \u2018conduits\u2019 are being hunted by the state. Awakened to his remarkable powers by a chance encounter with another conduit, Delsin travels from his homely rural reservation into the heart of the besieged city with a score to settle.<\/p>\n Alongside Second Son is the dreamlike fairy-tail RPG,\u00a0Child of Light<\/strong>. The game features an\u00a0impressive combination of painterly, hand-drawn visuals and song-like rhyming narrative, it was an early gem for the\u00a0PS4.<\/p>\n As a special bonus this month, PS Plus subscribers will also be able to download PlayStation VR launch title\u00a0RIGS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n As always, the PS4 line-up is joined by\u00a0some\u00a0additional titles \u2013 two apiece for both PS3 and PS Vita \u2013 which leaves the final line-up looking like this:<\/p>\n\n
