Cynical fun-haters, mobilise! It looks like Mass Effect might have Kinect support, if an image recently discovered on publisher EA’s own site is to be believed, and that probably seems like a good reason to believe it.<\/p>\n
The incriminating box art shot was spotted on EA’s store by spies at NeoGAF <\/a>(but yanked later, of course), and features the purple “Better with Kinect” banner.<\/p>\n Now, I know what you’re thinking. You’re thinking what any clever, sophisticated, discerning netizen would think – it’s a Photoshop job, surely. Except it’s not – as Destructoid<\/a>’s infiltration team discovered, the image is no longer immediately visible to the public, but remains in EA servers.<\/p>\n Microsoft has been banging on about a bunch of “hardcore market”-relevant Kinect announcements for its E3 conference next week, and what better way to make those guys happy than to add a gimmicky control scheme to one of their favourite franchises? GREAT IDEA.<\/p>\n
