HP has launched its Omen X compact gaming PC on its\u00a0online store<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Omen X Compact Desktop is a convertible desktop PC and VR backpack, allowing gamers to play VR titles without being tethered to a desk.<\/p>\n

A docking station allows users to charge the backpack\u2019s battery and use the device as a conventional gaming PC.<\/p>\n

The slim chassis houses an overclockable Intel Core i7 processor and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 graphics card, offering enough power for VR and 4K gaming.<\/p>\n

The device is available for $2,499.<\/p>\n
