{"id":123921,"date":"2022-03-03T09:01:33","date_gmt":"2022-03-03T07:01:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=123921"},"modified":"2022-03-03T09:02:41","modified_gmt":"2022-03-03T07:02:41","slug":"valve-releases-new-game-set-in-portal-universe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/pc\/123921-valve-releases-new-game-set-in-portal-universe","title":{"rendered":"Valve releases new game set in Portal universe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The creator of the Half-Life and Portal games, Valve, released a new game called Aperture Desk Job.<\/p>\n<p>This hilarious game is <a href=\"https:\/\/store.steampowered.com\/app\/1902490\/Aperture_Desk_Job\/\">free on Steam<\/a>\u00a0and is packed with tons of Portal universe lore.<\/p>\n<p>Aperture Desk Job is a short game meant to teach the Steam Deck&#8217;s controls to new users, but you don&#8217;t actually need a Steam Deck to play it.<\/p>\n<p>It does not support a mouse and keyboard, however, so if you do not own a Steam Deck, you will need to use a controller.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/mVDFJRM6F9k\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The player takes on the role of a new hire at Aperture Science as a product inspector who tests toilets.
