We have highlighted four of the most anticipated FPS games of 2022 below.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"my-4\">Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Developer: <\/strong>Activision Blizzard<\/p>\n<p><strong>Platform: <\/strong>Multi-platform<\/p>\n<p>If you enjoy FPS games, you&#8217;ve probably played Call of Duty. The franchise aims to elevate the series with Modern Warfare II, which is the sequel to Modern Warfare\u00a0(2019).<\/p>\n<p>Although much of the new game\u2019s content is unknown, it will likely consist of a classic CoD campaign and an exciting multiplayer mode.<\/p>\n<p>If you enjoy immersive storylines with a sense of realism, or just want to shoot other players, then this game is one to look out for.<\/p>\n<p>Modern Warfare II is expected to be released in November 2022.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/W1fPf9hV11o\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"my-4\">Tom Clancy\u2019s Rainbow Six Extraction<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Developer: <\/strong>Ubisoft<\/p>\n<p><strong>Platform: <\/strong>Multi-platform<\/p>\n<p>Tom Clancy&#8217;s Rainbow Six franchise has also seen its share of success, especially with the release of Rainbow Six Siege (2015).<\/p>\n<p>The latest entry to this series is Rainbow Six Extraction, which aims to steer away from the competitive FPS category and focus on a thrilling PVE action game.<\/p>\n<p>The game is centred around a team of three Operators who must work together to eliminate waves of infected aliens called Archaeans.<\/p>\n<p>Extraction also features cross-play and was released in January 2022.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/X-Nf7xTLxHM\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"my-4\">Atomic Heart<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Developer: <\/strong>Mundfish<\/p>\n<p><strong>Platform: <\/strong>Multi-platform<\/p>\n<p>Atomic Heart is a role-playing, single-player FPS action game that takes place in an alternate reality within the Soviet Union during the 1950s.<\/p>\n<p>Within this futuristic reality, you play as a KGB agent named P-3 who is tasked with investigating a robotics facility that has been involved in some dodgy experiments.<\/p>\n<p>The game includes advanced weaponry, killer robots, and biological abominations.<\/p>\n<p>Atomic Heart is expected to be released between October and December 2022.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/SstWbERMv00\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"my-4\">Isonzo<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Developer: <\/strong>M2H<\/p>\n<p><strong>Platform: <\/strong>Multi-platform<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re not into single-player games, you should consider Isonzo, which is an online multiplayer FPS game that offers a realistic WW1 experience.<\/p>\n<p>Isonzo is based on the historic &#8220;Battles of the Isonzo,&#8221; which took place in the Italian Alps during WW1.
