God of War: Ragnar\u00f6k is still expected to be released sometime in 2022, Sony announced.<\/p>\n
The game is one of the most anticipated games of 2022 and was originally set to release in 2021 before it was pushed back during one of PlayStation\u2019s Showcase events last year.<\/p>\n
Sony’s community and social manager has now confirmed via Twitter<\/a> that Ragnar\u00f6k will be released this year, and while no specific date outside of that has been mentioned, this is still reassuring news for God of War fans.<\/p>\n This confirmation has increased speculation that a PlayStation database leak<\/a> that claimed the release date is 30 September 2022 could be accurate.<\/p>\n This date could just have been a placeholder, but it still gives\u00a0us a good idea of what date Sony is trying to hit.<\/p>\n Sony is set to announce its PS5 Spartacus<\/a> subscription service in the next day or two and there could be a chance we could hear more about God of War: Ragnar\u00f6k during the event.<\/p>\n The publisher has also said that it is focused on bringing Kratos to Hollywood by teaming up with Amazon for a God of War TV series, which is also an exciting bit of information for the God of War fans.<\/p>\n God of War Ragnar\u00f6k comes out this year.<\/p>\n \u2014 Blue Owlz: Medic \u26a1\ufe0f (@BlueOwlzMedic) March 24, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n
