After nearly two years in early access, Larian Studios has announced that Baldur\u2019s Gate 3\u2019s full launch will be in 2023.<\/p>\n
The announcement was made in a video from the studio entitled \u201cThe Journey So Far\u201d, which recapped all the progress the RPG has made.<\/p>\n
\u201cBy the Nine Hell, we\u2019ve added a lot of great stuff already,\u201d the video narrator said.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd there\u2019s more where that came from. So, join us in early access on our journey to Baldur\u2019s Gate 3, or come along in 2023 when the game releases.\u201d<\/p>\n
Baldur\u2019s Gate 3 is the third game in the highly acclaimed Baldur\u2019s Gate franchise \u2014 the first of which was released in 1998.<\/p>\n
The developer, Larian Studios, was also behind the popular Divinity Original Sin 2, which also had an extended period of early access.<\/p>\n
Baldur’s Gate 3 is a turn-based game that uses an intuitive party system and is set in the rich fantasy world of Baldur\u2019s Gate, where every choice you make has far-reaching consequences.<\/p>\n
