Ubisoft has stopped providing online support across multiple platforms for 90 older games, including Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, Anno Online and Far Cry 1 and 2.<\/p>\n

According to the Ubisoft article<\/a><\/strong>, this change has disabled any online features present in the games, such as in-game news and player statistics.<\/p>\n

Games that used Ubisoft Connect services will no longer be able to earn Units by completing challenges for the shutdown games.<\/p>\n

Rewards will still be unlockable – you just won’t receive them in-game.<\/p>\n

Unlockable content, like maps and skins, has also been disabled – on PC, this content will no longer be available even if it was previously redeemed, whereas, on console, it will continue to be available unless you reset your game files.<\/p>\n
