Intel is launching a new Counter Strike: Global Offensive (CSGO) tournament called the Intel Africa Masters that will begin at the end of June 2022.<\/p>\n
Six regional competitions will take place in different African countries in the coming months, South Africa included, and the winners of each tournament will reach the main event.<\/p>\n
This main event will be held offline at a to be determined venue in South Africa, while the group stages will be held online in the six countries.<\/p>\n
The top four teams in the final will battle for a share of an R450,000 prize pool with each team winning a different sum.<\/p>\n
