Additionally, the company has noted that while the Remake is on hold, it will look for new contracts and development opportunities.<\/p>\n
On 30 June, Aspyr Media presented a working demo of the Remake to Lucasfilm Ltd. LLC and Sony Group Corp.; however, despite feeling confident in the demo, the reception was poor – indicating they weren’t where they wanted it to be.<\/p>\n
The remake project will reportedly be moved to Aspyr’s parent company, Saber Interactive.<\/p>\n
The KoTOR Remake was expected to release at the end of 2022, but given the delay and apparent issues, the game could be years away.<\/p>\n
