Not just in the US \u2013 but globally.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">This bold claim comes in the wake of the NPD report for June, which shows that the Xbox has once again come out ahead with 507,000 units sold for the month. Microsoft was quick to point out that that figure is almost double the amount of units sold by its current-generation competitors. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Microsoft however, had even more impressive stats on hand. \u00a0In the United States, the Xbox 360 has been the best-selling console for 12 of the last 13 months.
