Well, it won&rsquo;t be doing that anymore.<\/p>\n<p>Predictably enough, Activision didn&rsquo;t think it was all that hilarious, and dropped a lawsuit on domain owner Anthony Abraham&rsquo;s head. Also predictably enough, they&rsquo;ve won.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/domains.adrforum.com\/domains\/decisions\/1398954.htm\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"National Arbitration Forum\">National Arbitration Forum<\/a> has ruled unanimously in favour of Activision, citing three necessary criteria:<\/p>\n<p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The domain name registered by Abraham is identical or confusingly similar to a trademark or service mark in which Complainant has rights; and<br \/>2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Abraham has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of the domain name; and<br \/>3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The domain name has been registered and is being used in bad faith.<\/p>\n<p>Abraham&rsquo;s contending claim that the term &ldquo;modern warfare&rdquo; is generic did not go down quite as well as he&rsquo;d expected.
