{"id":14312,"date":"2011-09-28T12:56:00","date_gmt":"2011-09-28T10:56:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-29T22:00:00","slug":"all-witcher-2-dlc-free-on-pc-not-so-much-on-xbox","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/business\/14312-all-witcher-2-dlc-free-on-pc-not-so-much-on-xbox","title":{"rendered":"All Witcher 2 DLC free on PC, not so much on Xbox"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In news that probably won&rsquo;t surprise anybody, CD Projekt has confirmed that while all Witcher 2 DLC for PC is and will continue to be totally, 100% free, that&rsquo;s probably not going to happen on Xbox.<\/p>\n<p>Microsoft has rules about free stuff that mostly involve not allowing it.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;All DLC for the PC version is and will remain FREE,&#8221; development director Adam Badowski told <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rockpapershotgun.com\/2011\/09\/27\/which-witcher-is-the-witcher-2-2-0\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Rock Paper Shotgun\">Rock Paper Shotgun<\/a>. &#8220;That&#8217;s not likely to be the story for the Xbox version, because of certain Microsoft policies that need to be followed.
