If you wanted a proper reason to play the Dead Rising 2 spin-off, Dead Rising 2: Off the Record, here’s one – Frank West’s about to become a Terminator, and must locate and eliminate John Connor so that Judgement Day can proceed as planned.<\/p>\n

Okay, I made up everything after the Terminator bit, but that would be pretty awesome too.<\/p>\n

Anyway, the DLC includes the new Cyborg Skills Pack, which turns Frank West into – yes, you guessed it! – a cyborg.<\/p>\n

Obviously, this means enhanced melee damage, added electrical damage, and that hot new robot apocalypse look. Clothes, boots, and a motorcycle optional. <\/p>\n

In-game enhancements:<\/p>\n

• Electricity damage added to all regular attacks
• Increased overall damage on melee attacks
• Increased damage output and magnified electric effects with electrical appliances<\/p>\n

The DLC will be launching for PC and Xbox 360 on Tuesday, 25 October, and for PS3 the next day.<\/p>\n

Dead Rising 2: Off the Record is basically Dead Rising 2, but with original Dead Rising protagonist Frank West replacing Dead Rising 2 protagonist Chuck Greene, a title affix, and a triple-A pricetag.<\/p>\n
