Never fear though dear, MyGamingites, for on 3 February 2012 you will finally be able to get your hands on the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection which will help you piece everything together.<\/p>\n

Or not.<\/p>\n

Konami have officially given the HD reworking a launch date, meaning we can all start prepping ourselves for another trip through the MGS universe next year.<\/p>\n

The HD Collection will include shiny HD version Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker – as well as Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake.<\/p>\n

Oh? Did we forget to mention that before?<\/p>\n

Yes, the original games which basically started the entire thing are packaged inside as well – but don’t expect it to be as glorious as the games that came afterwards, or anything – they’re over 20 years old.<\/p>\n
