Ahead of the game\u2019s official Friday launch, <a href=\"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/news\/25839-minecraft-goes-gold-is-a-real-game-now.html\">Notch said the big boy version would include some \u201cVERY minor tweaks\u201d<\/a> to the previous release candidate, but it turns out there was quite a bit more to it than that.<\/p>\n<p>According to the <a href=\" http:\/\/www.minecraftwiki.net\/wiki\/Minecraft_1.0\">Minecraft Wiki<\/a>, there are loads of fixes, changes, new features in version 1.0.0, most significantly including a proper endgame sequence, hardcore mode, and, um, a \u201clove mode\u201d for animal procreation.<\/p>\n<p>The complete list includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A proper ending to the game in a realm called &#8220;The End&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>New Nether content.<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Nether Brick.<\/li>\n<li>Nether Brick Stairs.<\/li>\n<li>Nether Brick Fence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>New achievements.<\/li>\n<li>Score is stated on death based on total experience orbs held on the player.[1]<\/li>\n<li>A new game mode. (Hardcore)<\/li>\n<li>New biomes. (Mushroom Biome, Tundra reintroduced)<\/li>\n<li>New items.<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Eye of Ender.<\/li>\n<li>Blaze Powder.<\/li>\n<li>Blaze Rod.<\/li>\n<li>Glistering Melon.<\/li>\n<li>Glass Bottle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>New Texture for the back of Steve&#8217;s head. (Confirmed)<\/li>\n<li>New Texture for most Blocks.<\/li>\n<li>Iron (Block).<\/li>\n<li>New blocks.<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>End Stone.<\/li>\n<li>Brewing Stand.<\/li>\n<li>Cauldron.<\/li>\n<li>Enchantment Table.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>New mobs. (Enderdragon [Boss Mob], Snow Golem, Mooshroom Cows, Villager Mobs, Magma Cube, Blaze)<\/li>\n<li>Animal breeding.<\/li>\n<li>Potions.<\/li>\n<li>Tool rebalance as well as enchantments.<\/li>\n<li>Swords do less damage.<\/li>\n<li>Improved Armor system.<\/li>\n<li>Mob health rebalance.
