{"id":27671,"date":"2011-11-28T14:46:18","date_gmt":"2011-11-28T12:46:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=27671"},"modified":"2011-11-28T14:48:20","modified_gmt":"2011-11-28T12:48:20","slug":"privates-wins-bafta-award","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/business\/27671-privates-wins-bafta-award","title":{"rendered":"Privates wins BAFTA award"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a title=\"Company Information\" href=\"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/forum\/showthread.php\/11861-Microsoft\">Microsoft<\/a> may not have approved this quirky, sex-education game for distribution on <a title=\"Term Information\" href=\"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/forum\/showthread.php\/19908-Xbox-LIVE-%28XBL%29\">Xbox Live<\/a>, but the British Academy of Film and Television Arts sure approved of it.<\/p>\n<p>The game, which sees players venturing deep into human nether regions in a comical (rather than explicit) way, has earned itself its very own BAFTA award.<\/p>\n<p>Zombie Cow studios founder, Dan Marshal, said he was \u201cbrimming with pride\u201d at the announcement.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s a complete honour and a total shock,&#8221; he wrote in a statement. &#8220;I was excited enough about being able to start all my press releases from now on with the words BAFTA-nominated, but winning one is a whole other level.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I can&#8217;t thank BAFTA enough for honouring a tiny studio who made a weird little game. It was a great night, and I&#8217;m brimming with pride.
