{"id":27707,"date":"2011-11-28T17:34:31","date_gmt":"2011-11-28T15:34:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=27707"},"modified":"2011-11-29T17:36:33","modified_gmt":"2011-11-29T15:36:33","slug":"amd-releases-branded-ram","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/business\/27707-amd-releases-branded-ram","title":{"rendered":"AMD releases branded RAM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In a bid to take attention away from Bulldozer&#8217;s lacklustre performance, <a title=\"Company Information\" href=\"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/forum\/showthread.php\/20072-AMD-Advanced-Micro-Devices\">AMD<\/a> have announced a partnership with Patriot Memory to bring AMD memory to the desktop market.<\/p>\n<p>Riveting.<\/p>\n<p>AMD and Patriot have been working together to optimise the RAM specifically for AMD platforms, which should lead to better performance and compatibility between AMD CPUs, motherboards and RAM.<\/p>\n<p>There will be three categories of AMD Memory available.
