<\/a><\/p>\nThe sequel was released late last week, and has since gone on to earn a Metacritic score of 91\/100, which makes it the second most critically acclaimed iOS game released to date, after the casual hit Where\u2019s My Water?<\/p>\n
Infinity Blade II was announced in October alongside the iPhone 4S reveal, and promised enhanced graphics, a revamped storyline as well as new weapon classes, including dual wielding and heavy weapons. The classic shield and sword combination is also available to use in the game.<\/p>\n
Gamespot has called it \u201cthe perfect sequel\u201d, and IGN reckons it\u2019s \u201ca must own\u201d. I just finished downloading it, so hopefully we will have a full review up on MyGaming in the next week.
