Following on from yesterday’s is-he, isn’t-he story about Nintendo hero Shigeru Miyamoto’s is-it, isn’t-it retirement, Wired writer Chris Kohler has confirmed that the interview was printed exactly as it happened, and that there was no error in context or translation.<\/p>\n
In the interview, Miyamoto told Kohler that he was \u201cretiring from [his] current position” as head of Nintendo\u2019s game design department, and moving onto smaller projects within the company instead.
