What this means for us PC gamers is that we won’t have to be subjected to the often-maligned Games for Windows Live.

This means the game will be published on everyone’s favourite Steam, and the masses (or minority, rather) did cheer. At least there’s an upside to waiting nearly two years for a PC release.

This news comes directly from Remedy themselves on the official Alan Wake forums, so rest assured you’ll be able to escape the clumsy clutches of GFWL this time.

Source: PCGamer

[2,3
1544,1658,1657,1656,91,1564
post-29688","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-business","category-pc","tag-alan-wake","tag-alan-wake-pc","tag-games-for-windows-live","tag-gfwl","tag-microsoft","tag-remedy
["GET
