Bayonetta producer Hideki Kamiya isn\u2019t exactly a community darling after a couple of hoax tweets early this year landed him in hot water.<\/p>\n
However, despite falsely announcing Bayonetta 2 \u201cas a joke\u201d, Kamiya has now said in an interview with Japanese site 4Gamer that he\u2019s looking to garner fan attention again this year, but this time with a real announcement.<\/p>\n
In regards to his goals for 2012, the producer said he \u201c”would like to announce a new game and make a comeback on the game scene and be known as more than just some guy who posts on Twitter<\/a>.” (translated)<\/p>\n While fans may no doubt be excited to get their hands on a new game, some may still be feeling a little salty after Kamiya tweeted on two separate occasions that a Bayonetta sequel was on the way.
