{"id":30985,"date":"2012-01-18T15:30:28","date_gmt":"2012-01-18T13:30:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=30985"},"modified":"2012-01-18T15:32:00","modified_gmt":"2012-01-18T13:32:00","slug":"tera-release-date-confirmed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/business\/30985-tera-release-date-confirmed","title":{"rendered":"Tera release date confirmed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En Masse Entertainment has announced that its forthcoming MMORPG will be released in Europe on 3 May 2012.<\/p>\n<p>The game was first released in South Korea in January 2011, and spent the past year being localised for Western audiences.<\/p>\n<p>Tera runs on the Unreal 3 Engine and implements an action orientated targeting system that allows players to string combat moves together and execute combos.<\/p>\n<p>The combat system promises to be unique from other MMORPGs, and Tera Europe producer Stephan Krippendork believes that it will be the core differentiating feature for the game in a crowded MMO market.<\/p>\n<p>The Western version of the game has been in closed beta since December 2011.
