The patch, which updates the game to version 1.4 beta, is available only to <a title=\"System Information\" href=\"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/forum\/showthread.php\/21037-PC-Gaming\">PC<\/a> gamers and is now live on <a title=\"System Information\" href=\"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/forum\/showthread.php\/19930-Steam\">Steam<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>To participate in the beta, players should login to Steam, click the \u201cSteam\u201d icon in the upper menu, navigate to the \u201cBeta Participation\u201d section and select \u201cChange\u201d. Players should then choose \u201cSkyrim Beta\u201d and select \u201cOK\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Bethesda warns against installing the patch, saying &#8220;This patch is still in development. Apply the update at your own risk and only if you are affected by issues listed in the fix notes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Be sure to back up your saved games or simply be careful not to overwrite your existing saves.
