That\u2019s the difference between selling 14 million units of overpriced products no one needs and having those products sit on your shelves, mocking you.<\/p>\n<p>The uDraw may have been a bigger flop than Waterworld, but THQ has to do something to cut the $100 million loss, and they\u2019re hoping that someone out there will be willing to buy these at a drastically reduced price \u2013 I\u2019m sure they\u2019d make a great coaster.<\/p>\n<p>As for the target market, they say &#8220;perhaps at non-traditional game retailers and discount stores&#8221;, which sounds suspiciously like \u201cpeople who don\u2019t know any better\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>While the original recommended retail price was an optimistic 70 pounds (R870), THQ isn\u2019t saying exactly how much lower they\u2019re going to go (but you can get one off Amazon for a modest 24 pounds(R300)).<\/p>\n<h5>Source: <a title=\"Eurogamer\" href=\"http:\/\/www.eurogamer.net\/articles\/2012-02-03-thq-reveals-plans-for-1-4m-unsold-udraw-tablets \" target=\"_blank\">Eurogamer<\/a><\/h5>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Someone must want them, right?
