{"id":32315,"date":"2012-02-10T11:24:17","date_gmt":"2012-02-10T09:24:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=32315"},"modified":"2012-02-10T11:27:05","modified_gmt":"2012-02-10T09:27:05","slug":"next-call-of-duty-promises-meaningful-innovation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/business\/32315-next-call-of-duty-promises-meaningful-innovation","title":{"rendered":"Next Call of Duty promises &#8220;meaningful innovation&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Speaking at an investor call yesterday, <a title=\"Company Information\" href=\"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/forum\/showthread.php\/11841-Activision-Blizzard\">Activision<\/a> publishing chief Eric Hirshberg promised that this year\u2019s inevitable Call of Duty release will deliver \u201cmeaningful innovation\u201d for the franchise.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis year, we expect to further expand our presence with the launch of an all-new epic first person shooter title under the Call of Duty brand,&#8221; said Hirshberg.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;From what we&#8217;ve seen the game already looks fantastic and will bring meaningful innovation to the franchise. I could not be more excited.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He also confirmed that Activision is working on new features for<a title=\"Term Information\" href=\"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/forum\/showthread.php\/21047-Call-of-Duty-Elite\"> Call of Duty Elite<\/a>, a service which South African\u2019s cannot access.
