The following list applies to all platforms:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Players should no longer take fall damage from short falls.<\/li>\n<li>Players now get up from Prone slightly faster, allowing better odds of getting away from a grenade or threat when prone.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed some situations that would unintentionally make a player unrevivable.<\/li>\n<li>Reduced the black screen fade in time on spawn. The fade is still necessary for properly streaming in loading content at spawn, but it has been substantially reduced.<\/li>\n<li>Increased the spawn protection time from 1sec to 2sec. The protection will still be immediately canceled as soon as the player moves or shoots.<\/li>\n<li>Spawn protection will no longer be canceled by the player looking around.<\/li>\n<li>Increased the speed at which a player regains accuracy when aiming after moving for a more responsive experience. Firing before fully zoomed will still result inaccurate fire.<\/li>\n<li>Increased the inaccuracy and recoil added when a player is fully suppressed.<\/li>\n<li>Shotgun Buck and Flechette rounds now have a less suppressive effect at medium to long range.<\/li>\n<li>Tweaked the damage levels of Buck and Flechette rounds to balance them with other weapons.<\/li>\n<li>Improved the suppression of the .44 magnum, .357 magnum, and the 5.8x42mm DAP88 rounds from the Type88 sniper.<\/li>\n<li>Attempting to Crouch (like Prone) will now properly interrupt Sprint.<\/li>\n<li>Increased the effectiveness of Suppression Resist Specialization.<\/li>\n<li>Parachutes now respond to turn and throttle inputs more quickly.<\/li>\n<li>Switching from primary weapons to side arms and back now takes less time.<\/li>\n<li>Increased the effectiveness of explosive resistance.<\/li>\n<li>Tweaked bipod deploy settings so players can no longer deploy a bipod in places higher than chin level.<\/li>\n<li>The bipod should now be more reliable when deploying on top of sloped objects like cars and rocks.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed several issues with vaulting objects, especially for thin railings.<\/li>\n<li>The Knife now only takes two swipes to kill when attacking from a position where a take down is not possible.<\/li>\n<li>CRAM weapons on Carriers now count towards stationary weapon awards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>That\u2019s not even everything, and DICE has mentioned that additional tweaks and fixes not mentioned in the list will also be implemented.<\/p>\n<p>For the full patch notes, go <a href=\"http:\/\/battlelog.battlefield.com\/bf3\/news\/view\/2832654779195992365\/\" target=\"_blank\">here. <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DICE has a patch in the works, which is going to fix and change a lot of things in Battlefield 3<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":161,"featured_media":26967,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_sma_x_autopost_enabled":true,"_sma_x_custom_text":"","_sma_x_autopost_status":"idle","_sma_x_autopost_error":"","_sma_x_post_id":"","_sma_x_attempts":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[2,3,4],"tags":[31,49,709,813,421],"class_list":["post-32950","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-business","category-pc","category-xbox","tag-active","tag-battlefield-3","tag-dice","tag-electronic-arts","tag-patch"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/32950","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/161"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=32950"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/32950\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":32958,"href":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/32950\/revisions\/32958"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/26967"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=32950"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=32950"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=32950"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
