8ta announced today (28 February 2012) that it has extended the “Go 3 Gigs Big” data promotion in response to the need for affordable entry-level prepaid data products.<\/p>\n

8ta’s Go 3 Gigs Big data promotion offers 2GB of any-time data and 1GB of “Midnight Surfer” data for use between 12am and 5am for R149.<\/p>\n

This promotion was supposed to run until the end of February 2012, but the company has now extended the deal.<\/p>\n

8ta could not immediately say until when the promotion has been extended.<\/p>\n

Amith Maharaj, senior managing executive at Telkom Mobile, said their “Go 3 Gigs Big” prepaid promotion is one of various offers 8ta has developed to cater for the needs of specific customer segments.<\/p>\n

“Other current data offers include the 10GB contract bundle for R199 per month and the 60GB+60GB prepaid bundle for R1,800,” concluded Maharaj.<\/p>\n
