{"id":33616,"date":"2012-03-06T15:19:36","date_gmt":"2012-03-06T13:19:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=33616"},"modified":"2012-03-06T15:26:54","modified_gmt":"2012-03-06T13:26:54","slug":"crytek-is-working-on-a-mobile-game","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/business\/33616-crytek-is-working-on-a-mobile-game","title":{"rendered":"Crytek is working on a&#8230; mobile game?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>When Crytek isn&#8217;t busy breaking the future tech barrier with whatever they&#8217;re doing these days, it turns out they&#8217;re also making a cute puzzle game for iOS and Android.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps even more shockingly, however, this game doesn&#8217;t have the word &#8220;cry&#8221; <em>anywhere<\/em> in the title, not even if you rearrange all the letters.<\/p>\n<p>Fibble &#8211; Flick &#8216;n&#8217; Roll is an &#8220;engaging puzzle game that combines strategy with physics based interactions with vivid and highly detailed visuals&#8221;, featuring a little alien guy and his adventures in flicking and rolling as he explores our planet.<\/p>\n<p>Earth is known all over the galaxy for its great flicking and rolling opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Going mobile is an incredibly exciting step for us as a game development company. The way that people play games on mobile devices is a real blessing. This allows us to get back to our roots, experiment and focus our energy on creating great gameplay experiences while still keeping Crytek&#8217;s high production values,&#8221; said Cevat Yerli, CEO and president of Crytek.<\/p>\n<p>The game is out in the third quarter, but you can check out the announcement trailer below in the meantime. Isn&#8217;t it cute?
