{"id":35067,"date":"2012-04-02T12:12:11","date_gmt":"2012-04-02T10:12:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=35067"},"modified":"2012-04-02T12:14:46","modified_gmt":"2012-04-02T10:14:46","slug":"dogaming-fifa-12-league-leg-one-wraps-up","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/business\/35067-dogaming-fifa-12-league-leg-one-wraps-up","title":{"rendered":"DoGaming FIFA 12 league leg one wraps up"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The DGL FIFA 12 league has wrapped up the first leg of its PS3 tournament.<\/p>\n<p>Rolando \u2018RoLo_87\u2019 de Aveiro claimed the top spot of the leg with a solid 21 points.<\/p>\n<p>Rolando was undefeated in seven consecutive games which gave him a strong lead, as the closest opposition behind him was Moshe \u2018JAGUGUARANG\u2019 Shevel who ended up sitting on 16 points. Third place was shared by Brandon \u2018Mannes1984\u2019 Manuel and the leader\u2019s brother Claudio \u2018Ts0Tsi101\u2019 de Aveiro.<\/p>\n<p>The two brothers did battle it out, as Rolando beat out Claudio using Manchester City and Real Madrid respectively in a 4-2 encounter. Rolando then made a tactical switch to Napoli, and finished the second match with a 0-0 draw, but dominated with a 7-2 win in the third.<\/p>\n<p>Bheka \u2018i_bm\u2019 Mchunu and Arshad \u2018Eyez\u2019 Ismail went head-to-head, seeing Ismail taking the first and third games, while Mchunu redeemed himself with a win for the second game.<\/p>\n<p>Shevel then played his final game of the leg against Brendon \u2018Da Message\u2019 Kindo, who lost to Shevel 4-1 and 4-2 in two matches.<\/p>\n<p>The First Division qualifiers, comprised of eight players, will join the Premier Division to make the Champions Cup. Then the top eight and bottom eight players will battle it out to slot into the Premier Division or drop down to the First Division.<\/p>\n<p>The First Division players heading into the Champions Cup are as follow:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arjun \u2018NaRs_ZA\u2019 Narsai<\/li>\n<li>Dimitri \u2018Gimpedz\u2019 Du Plessis<\/li>\n<li>Martin \u2018Dragnier\u2019 Botha<\/li>\n<li>Godfrey \u2019Gotta1979\u2019 Eybers<\/li>\n<li>Gordon \u2018gordopb9\u2019 Butler<\/li>\n<li>Abubakar \u2018mikkaeel\u2019 Ebrahim<\/li>\n<li>Andrew-lee \u2019Franchize_boy87\u2019 Tobias<\/li>\n<li>Zane \u2018zane_insane\u2019 Streak<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The second leg kicks off today (2 April 2012).
