According to Tiltedscreen<\/a>, the following can be expected in the next Call of Duty title:<\/p>\n

– Ability to operate vehicles.<\/p>\n

-The following weapons will not return: Scorpion, P90, M21, R700, G3, G360 and others not known.<\/p>\n

– New weapons: SR25M sniper rifle (USA), Diemeco C8 assault rifle (Canadian Forces), L85A2 assault rifle (UK)<\/p>\n

– Total multiplayer weapons +- 35.<\/p>\n

– Favorite modern warfare maps will return.<\/p>\n

– Helicopters, Air Strikes, UAV will return.<\/p>\n

– Multiplayer snipers will get grass camouflage as seen in CoD4’s campaign.<\/p>\n

– All CoD4 perks will return, except Eavesdrop. Many current perks will change.<\/p>\n

– All CoD4 gametypes will return, and will include Hard Core modes.<\/p>\n

– New gametypes: “Secure” (Essentially capture the flag, but flag is replaced with enemy intel). Unnamed new game type which is similar to search and destroy, but instead of planting a bomb, players must kill a specific enemy.<\/p>\n

– Specific solider customization.<\/p>\n

– Snipers with silencers not playable in multiplayer.<\/p>\n

– Something along the lines of CoD5 Zombie level to be included.<\/p>\n

–  Ability to save killcams.<\/p>\n

–  New Co-op mode.<\/p>\n

– Story takes place in Middle East<\/p>\n

– Will be released around November<\/p>\n

– Certain weapons will only be usable in campaigns <\/p>\n

Sounds to us like an airbrushed CoD 4, which is by no means necessarily a bad thing.<\/p>\n
