With Diablo III nearly upon us (launching 15 May), we caught up with SA\u2019s online retailers to find out whether or not there was any chance of gamers laying hands on the very limited collector\u2019s edition of the game.<\/p>\n

Many retailers already had their first run of pre-orders sold out within days, but some have managed to keep a few Diablo III Collector\u2019s Editions back for those who were caught napping the first time.<\/p>\n

Kalahari.com<\/a> was first out the gate with their Diablo III Collector\u2019s Edition pre-order<\/a> \u2013 currently on offer for R639.95. A Kalahari.com representative confirmed that copies are extremely limited, with less than 30 copies available at the time of publication.<\/p>\n

BT Games<\/a> confirmed that they will have more Diablo III Collector\u2019s Edition available very soon, and that interested gamers should keep an eye on their mailer today (19 April 2012), or check it out directly via their website \u2013 BT Games mailer page. Again, quantities will be limited, with less than 100 copies available.<\/p>\n

Takealot<\/a> told MyGaming that they currently do not have any Diablo III Collector\u2019s Edition left for pre-ordering. Zaps Online<\/a> confirmed the same, having sold out their allocation of the Diablo III Collector\u2019s Edition back in January.<\/p>\n

Both Takealot and Zaps Online do of course have the standard edition of the game on sale.<\/p>\n

Exclus1ves<\/a> also confirmed that they have no stock of the Diablo III Collector\u2019s Edition, but their standard edition of the game is currently on special \u2013 Diablo III standard on Exclus1ves<\/a>.<\/p>\n
