Prototype 2 has finally morphed its way onto store-shelves, but how are the critics reacting to Activision’s<\/a> mutated open-world sequel?<\/p>\n

Quite favourably actually, as reviews have streamed in from all the dark corners of the internet, with most of them praising the game as an improvement over the original.<\/p>\n

Prototype 2 currently holds a Metascore of 80 out of 100, and a GameRanking of 82.60%; with the Playstation 3 version fairing slightly better, but with only a few reviews.<\/p>\n
