In an effort to celebrate two of Sony’s prized series on their platform, the Uncharted and Resistance games will be getting their own special trilogy editions.<\/p>\n

The Uncharted Trilogy was first unveiled on Amazon France<\/a>, and is now available for purchase. The box set includes Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception.<\/p>\n

Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception is also getting a special Game of the Year Edition which includes previously released DLC, although the trilogy includes the standard edition.<\/p>\n

Local South African retailer BT Games<\/a> also have a listing on their website<\/a> which shows a ‘June 2012′ release date.<\/p>\n

For more of a sci-fi experience, the Resistance Trilogy will also be invading consoles, as Resistance: Fall of Man, Resistance 2 and Resistance 3 will be featured in the FPS series’ own trilogy edition.<\/p>\n

The listing on Amazon France<\/a> states a release date of May 16, but has yet to be confirmed.<\/p>\n

So if you’re looking on catching up with two impressive trilogies, Sony seem to have found an affordable and convenient answer with the 3-pack editions.<\/p>\n
