It’s inevitable that Sony’s<\/a> big FPS<\/a> franchise will continue with future Killzone games, but what can we expect from the beloved series?<\/p>\n

What we do know is that three Killzone games are in the works at Guerilla Games, along with the help of first-party studio Sony Cambridge.<\/p>\n

It’s also known that two of the three games are being developed for PlayStation 3<\/a> and PS Vita<\/a> respectively, with the third speculated to be a possible PlayStation 4 game.<\/p>\n

Siliconera have also said that Sony is preparing to show their new Killzone game very soon, as the company is busy recording a new teaser for an upcoming instalment into the Killzone franchise.<\/p>\n

An unnamed source also reveals that “the upcoming title takes place after the events of Killzone 3”, and that the trailer has a female voiceover with “ties to the Helghan Autarch”.<\/p>\n

The clues of a PS3 follow-up to the events of Killzone 3 lead one to assume that the new game will most probably be Killzone 4.<\/p>\n

Hopefully we’ll get some more titbits when this year’s E3<\/a> expo swings around in June, as that would be an ideal time for Sony to release more Helghast fury.<\/p>\n
