Arguably the most anticipated game of the last decade, Diablo III<\/a>, has broken pre-order records for Blizzard Entertainment.<\/p>\n

The action RPG has set a new company-wide record as the game’s pre-orders have exceeded that of any previous release from the publisher.<\/p>\n

Despite all the delays, many gamers have continued to put their faith into the dungeon-crawling series after Blizzard promised a high-caliber experience and even gave PC gamers a chance to try out the game in an open beta session<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The hype for Diablo III has continued to build over the last couple months, and local gamers will also be itching to get their pre-orders, although BT Games has alerted their customers<\/a> that some Diablo III Collector\u2019s Edition pre-orders may not be fulfilled on launch day.<\/p>\n

Either way, we’re pretty sure eager PC gamers will manage to get their hands on the game one way or another.<\/p>\n

So let’s expect a lot of absenteeism come next week Tuesday – this guy<\/a> definitely won’t be at work.<\/p>\n
