The on-going IOU fight between ex-Infinity Ward studio heads, Jason West and Vince Zampella, and Activision has finally come to a close.<\/p>\n
Activision have issued a statement explaining that both parties have come to an agreement to settle the dispute out of court.<\/p>\n
The settlement amount is being kept confidential, not surprising after the millions upon millions of dollars the two parties claimed when suing one another. The real winners here are probably the lawyers.<\/p>\n
The whole thing began in March 2010, when then Infinity The Ward studio heads, Jason West<\/a> and Vince Zampella<\/a>, sued Activision for unfair dismissal and compensation for royalties.<\/p>\n West and Zampella went on to form Respawn Entertainment<\/a> (see what they did there?) under the EA<\/a> umbrella.
