Game fans with cash to blow on pretend stuff will be thrilled to know the Diablo III<\/a> real money auction house has launched in America, and should be available in the EU region\u00a0 – which includes South Africa – on Friday (15 June 2012).<\/p>\n

For the moment, only weapons and armour are up for sale, with commodities (including things like blacksmithing materials and whatnot) being added “as soon as possible”.<\/p>\n

According to the announcement update, you’ll need a Battle.net Authenticator attached to your account to use the real money auction house.<\/p>\n

Blizzard<\/a> has also dropped a patch for the game, fixing the notorious Error 37.<\/p>\n

“If the authentication service is busy, the login checkbox will now wait at ‘Authenticating Credentials’ until a player’s login attempt can be processed. As a result, players should no longer encounter Error 37 when logging in,” reads the official patch note.<\/p>\n

Okay, so it doesn’t fix it so much as remove the error popup. One thing at a time here, people.<\/p>\n
