Actress and comedienne Aisha Tyler, known for roles on CSI, Ghost Whisperer, and co-host of The Talk, has called out all the haters on her recent hosting of Ubisoft’s<\/a> E3<\/a> 2012 press conference.<\/p>\n

Tyler was emcee for the publisher’s big show, introducing the games, guests, and providing commentary as things unfolded – and apparently some in the gaming community weren’t so happy.<\/p>\n

Aisha didn’t necessarily do anything wrong – this is the internetz remember? So irrational hate would inevitably follow.<\/p>\n

The actress seems to attract a lot of negative responses in regards to being a “celebrity who games”, so Aisha went on her Facebook page<\/a> and had a little rant to all the “haters”, by ironically delivering some hate herself.<\/p>\n

I was a Gears of War superfan panelist at ComicCon.<\/p>\n

I hosted the Ubisoft presser at E3 2012.<\/p>\n

I didn’t do any of it for the money.<\/p>\n

For most I got paid next to nothing, and for some, less than that.<\/p>\n

I did it because I love video games.<\/p>\n

Because I’ve dreamt since I was a kid of being in one of the games I love.<\/p>\n

How many games have you done voices for?<\/p>\n

How many cons have you repped at?<\/p>\n

Your buddy’s Unreal Tournament garage deathmatch doesn’t count.<\/p>\n

I go to E3 each year because I love video games.<\/p>\n

Because new titles still get me high.<\/p>\n

Because I still love getting swag.<\/p>\n

Love wearing my gamer pride on my sleeve.<\/p>\n

People ask me what console I play.<\/p>\n

Motherfucker, ALL of them.<\/p>\n

I get invited to E3 because real gamers know I’m a gamer.<\/p>\n

I don’t do it for the money.<\/p>\n

I have plenty of money.<\/p>\n

I don’t do it for the fame.<\/p>\n

We think Aisha did a good job at Ubisoft’s conference, showing that she was having fun and enjoying the role of hosting. That said, this rant is not the smartest move.<\/p>\n
