A few weeks ago, Amazon UK seemed to let the cat out of the bag early by listing the Wii U on their website with a pricing and release date attached.<\/p>\n
We were skeptical, and rightly so, as another contradicting listing has appeared on Amazon Germany’s online store.<\/p>\n
The page shows the Wii U to be priced at EUR 399,99 (about R4,200*), which is a relatively larger tag than that of \u00a3199.99 (around R2,600*).<\/p>\n
It’s a little more of a believable price given what the system comes with, but that isn’t all that the Amazon page is giving up.<\/p>\n
According to the listing, the release date for the console is 21 December 2012, which could make sense, given that Christmas would be mere days away.<\/p>\n
