{"id":40683,"date":"2012-07-03T11:36:49","date_gmt":"2012-07-03T09:36:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/?p=40683"},"modified":"2012-07-03T11:52:05","modified_gmt":"2012-07-03T09:52:05","slug":"nintendo-3ds-xl-south-african-pricing-and-release-date","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/business\/40683-nintendo-3ds-xl-south-african-pricing-and-release-date","title":{"rendered":"Nintendo 3DS XL: South African pricing and release date"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nintendo&#8217;s upcoming <a href=\"http:\/\/mygaming.co.za\/news\/news\/40080-nintendo-reveals-bigger-better-3ds-xl.html\" target=\"_blank\">3DS XL handheld<\/a>, the bigger brother of the current 3DS system, has been slapped with a price and release date for local gamers.<\/p>\n<p>The bigger-screened handheld will hit our shores on 28 July, which is now less than a month away.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of the damage, the extra-large 3DS is set to cost around R2,349 (RRP).<\/p>\n<p>We do know that the 3DS XL will come with a 4GB SD card in the box, and will be available in blue, red or silver. However, an AC adapter will not be included as Nintendo expects a majority of its new owners to be upgrading from an existing Nintendo handheld.<\/p>\n<p>Check out the announcement, from the creepy
