MyBroadband conducted its latest broadband survey in June 2012, revealing that Vodacom<\/a> is the most respected broadband provider in the country.<\/p>\n

Over 5,000 people completed the survey, which asked them to rank the country’s broadband providers from the most respected to the least respected.<\/p>\n

28% of people said that Vodacom is the most respected broadband provider in South Africa, followed by Telkom<\/a> and Cell C<\/a> (both on 18%). Telkom’s overall score was however dragged down by the high number of people who placed it at low ranks.<\/p>\n

iBurst<\/a> was the lowest rated broadband provider, with only 2% of people placing it in the top spot, while 20% of people felt it was the worst provider in the country.<\/p>\n

The following table provides an overview of how consumers ranked the country’s biggest broadband providers (1 = best, 7 = worst).<\/p>\n
