Publisher Take – Two then reportedly offered 3D Realms $30million for the existing Duke Nukem: Forever<\/a> code, an offer which the stubborn developer refused.<\/p>\n Take – Two then filed a law suit<\/a> against 3D Realms. Throughout the case a series of legal details have been leaked<\/a> which in truth only added to the confusion.<\/p>\n The court case has been trudging along, with gamers caring less and less by the day. However, the most recent detail to surface is one that may appeal to hardened Duke fans that are still hoping for the day that a modern realization of the 90s icon is delivered.<\/p>\n
